Which countries recognize the CCA certificate?
In addition to SGS Fimko in Finland, the following certification bodies are members of the European CENELEC Certification Agreement (CCA):

The CCA certificate also gives a product added value in other countries where it is known.
For which products can the CCA certificate be granted?
The CCA certificate applies to products for which there is a valid EN standard or HD document.
To whom is the CCA certificate granted?
The product must be manufactured in a country that is a member of the Scheme.
Conditions for granting a CCA certificate
- Written application: Application forms are obtainable from SGS Fimko
- Type testing at SGS Fimko or in a testing laboratory recognized by the CCA Scheme. The testing can also be carried out at the manufacturer's premises (in situ)
- Regular factory inspections in accordance with the European requirements

Each certification body sets its own fees for application processing and the use of its certification mark.
SGS Fimko's accelerated CCA service
SGS Fimko can also offer an accelerated CCA procedure, through which a company can obtain the Swiss, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Austrian, Spanish, English, Italian and French certification marks. The service is comparable with the Nordic certification service, and normally only requires that a specimen be provided to SGS Fimko.
